A vulnerability in the web interface of Cisco Hosted Collaboration Mediation Fulfillment application could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to write arbitrary files to any file system location that the application server has permissions to access. The vulnerability is due to lack of proper input validation of the HTTP URL format. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted HTTP to the affected application. An exploit could allow the attacker to write out an arbitrary file. The format of the data written to these file is restricted. Cisco has not released software updates that address this vulnerability. Workarounds that address this vulnerability are not available.
