Vulnerability Summary

Apple iOS and iPadOS could allow a local malicious user to bypass security restrictions, caused by the failure to prevent users removed from an iMessage conversation from altering state in the Messages component. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to bypass security restrictions to alter the state.
