It was discovered that missing input sanitising in the ctags functionality of Emacs may result in the execution of arbitrary shell commands. For the stable distribution (bullseye), this problem has been fixed in version 1:27.1+1-3.1+deb11u1. We recommend that you upgrade your emacs packages.
