The following vulnerability was published for imagemagick.
CVE-2019-13307[0]:
| ImageMagick 7.0.8-50 Q16 has a heap-based buffer overflow at
| MagickCore/statistic.c in EvaluateImages because of mishandling rows.
If you fix the vulnerability please also make sure to include the
CVE (Common Vulnerabilities & Exposures) id in your changelog entry.
