This vulnerability affects Cisco RoomOS Software in Cloud-Aware On-Premises operation, which is cloud based, and Cisco TelePresence CE Software if they are running vulnerable releases and have H.323 Mode enabled.
Note: H.323 Mode is disabled by default.

Determine the Device Configuration
To determine whether H.323 Mode is enabled in Cisco TelePresence CE Software, log in to the device and navigate to the Network Services section of the Setup > Configuration interface. If the H.323 Mode option is set to On, the device is vulnerable.
To determine whether a device has H.323 Mode enabled in RoomOS Software for Cloud-Aware Devices, log in to Cisco Control Hub and perform the following steps:
Only products listed in the Vulnerable Products section of this advisory are known to be affected by this vulnerability.
Cisco has confirmed that this vulnerability does not affect Cisco RoomOS Software in Cloud-Only operation because H.323 Mode is not available.
There are no workarounds that address this vulnerability.
Cisco has released free software updates that address the vulnerability described in this advisory. Customers with service contracts that entitle them to regular software updates should obtain security fixes through their usual update channels.

Cisco has addressed this vulnerability in Cisco RoomOS, which is cloud based. No user action is required. Customers can determine the current remediation status or software version by using the Help function in the service GUI. Customers who need additional information are advised to contact the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) or their contracted maintenance providers.
