CVE-2021-1400: Cisco Small Business WAP Series Wireless Access Points Information Disclosure Vulnerability
A vulnerability in the web-based management interface of certain Cisco Small Business 100, 300, and 500 Series Wireless Access Points could allow an authenticated, remote attacker without administrative privileges to obtain sensitive information from an affected device.
This vulnerability is due to insufficient input validation. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted HTTP request to the web-based management interface of an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to impersonate another user, including an administrative user, on the device.
Cisco has released software updates that address this vulnerability. There are no workarounds that address this vulnerability.

CVE-2021-1401: Cisco Small Business WAP Series Wireless Access Points Command Injection Vulnerability
A vulnerability in the web-based management interface of certain Cisco Small Business 100, 300, and 500 Series Wireless Access Points could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to perform command injection attacks against an affected device. The attacker must have valid administrative credentials for the device.
The vulnerability is due to improper input validation of user-supplied input. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted HTTP request to the web-based management interface of an affected system. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary commands with root privileges on the device.
Cisco has released software updates that address this vulnerability. There are no workarounds that address this vulnerability.

Cisco has not released and will not release firmware updates for Cisco WAP131 Wireless-N Dual Radio Access Point with PoE and Cisco WAP351 Wireless-N Dual Radio Access Point with 5-Port Switch to address the vulnerabilities described in this advisory. These products have entered the end-of-life process. Customers are advised to refer to the end-of-life notices for these products:
Customers are encouraged to migrate to the Cisco WAP125 Wireless-AC Dual Band Desktop Access Point with PoE.
