the following vulnerability was published for ruby-net-ldap.

CVE-2017-17718[0]:
| The Net::LDAP (aka net-ldap) gem before 0.16.0 for Ruby has Missing SSL
| Certificate Validation.

If you fix the vulnerability please also make sure to include the
CVE (Common Vulnerabilities & Exposures) id in your changelog entry.
