The ParametersInterceptor in Apache Struts before 2.3.16.1 allows remote attackers to "manipulate" the ClassLoader via the class parameter, which is passed to the getClass method.

Not Vulnerable. This issue only affects struts 2, it does not affect the versions of struts as shipped with various Red Hat products. A similar issue exists in struts 1, identified by CVE-2014-0114.
