Vulnerability Summary

Unauthorized node injection vulnerability in ROS2 Iron Irwini in ROS_VERSION 2 and ROS_PYTHON_VERSION 3. This vulnerability could allow a malicious user to escalate privileges by injecting malicious ROS2 nodes into the system remotely. NOTE: this is disputed by multiple third parties who believe there was not reasonable evidence to determine the existence of a vulnerability.
